Round 6 of the American Le Mans Series was contested last weekend at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, OH, and I was there representing Openpaddock.net and taking in all the action. Autosport has recently broke a story that will slightly alter the Le Mans 24 Hour race this year. The Gigawave Racing DBR9 will not be competing against the Chevrolet Corvettes as originally planned. Instead, the article indicates that Gigawave will instead begin work on the new Nissan GTR for the FIA GT Championship in 2010.
