It has been recently announced that Travis Pastrana will be the talent on hand for this year’s Red Bull No Limit event that will take place on New Year’s eve in Los Angeles, California. The newest challenger from the Ford stables has successfully completed its first round of testing. The Ford Fiesta S2000 has completed it initial gravel and tarmac tests as it continues it’s early yet accelerated development. M-Sport, who is responsible for Ford’s rallying program has carried out the initial tests of the car as they prepare for the 2010 season. The Rally America series has released its 2010 schedule and there’s a mix of good and bad for rally fans. First of all the bad: there will only be six instead of nine events for the national championship. Ojibwe Forests Rally in Bemidji, MN, Rally Colorado in Steamboat Springs, CO, and the Lake Superior Performance Rally in Houghton, MI will remain as regional events, but they will not be part of the national championship.
