Rally – WRC Jordan Will Happen

News coming out of the WRC website indicate that the six months of rain that fell last week in a 72 hour span will not hinder Rally Jordan and that the show will go on. Last week seen fierce weather devastate much of the rally surface and even chunks of ground were taken by massive flash floods. To compound the problem, some of the stages are actually below sea-level which caused impossible situations as the water ran down from higher ground. The Jordanian government is currently working around the clock,…

The first race of the 2010 world championship has come and gone and everybody can be happy that the natural order has been restored. However the most anticipated season in F1 history continued to display the same gremlins that the FiA just can’t shake. F1 – Bahrain Quali Results

While yesterday marked the first day in which cars took to the track for the 2010 FiA Formula 1 World Championship, today was the first day where we actually got to see who had what in terms of outright performance. I was happy to see that cars were on track for the first time in 2010. With all the depressing news on USF1 and the other teams as well as the return of Michael and all of the positive stories in the news, I was like a boy on Christmas Eve hardly able to sleep last night. Here are just a few things…

The calendar that was purposed has been under wraps and had a large amount of buzz surrounding it as we reported about a month ago. The FiA however has stalled the calendar in a very typical FiA fashion. The motorsport governing body asked North One Sport to further consider the calendar. One point that was debated revolves…

Rally – Corona Mexico Review

So ends the first proper gravel test of the year, and what a rally it turned out to be in Mexico! The clear favorites going into this weekend had to be Mikko Hirvonen and the BP Ford team, however it was not to be as the Citroens would prove to be too much. Day 1 was exciting as Petter Solberg would set a dominant pace all day long. Sebastian Ogier would run a clean and consistent second as the two factory Citroen efforts would take the third and fourth positions.…
