Round 4 of the Rally America championship has ended and Travis Pastrana brings home his second victory in a row for Team Subaru North America. With this win, Pastrana now moves to the top of the points table. Pastrana had a relatively uneventful final day as he continued to cruise through the Oregon countryside. The Oregon Trail Rally has lived up to the excitement generated by the first three rounds of the championship. Teams traded the lead on day 1 and day 2 has shown one driver pull out a large lead. Rally – Oregon Trail Preview

The Rally America series blazes the Oregon Trail this weekend for the fourth round of the championship. Competition will open later today as the battle for the national championship blazes on. The top of the standings are close with Andrew Comrie-Picard with a slender 3 point lead over Tanner Foust and Travis Pastrana. The rally will bring about over 100 miles of twisty road. Day 1 of Rally Argentina is in the books for the WRC and thus far Dani Sordo has taken a slight 5 second lead over Ford driver Mikko Hirvonen. Sebastian Loeb rounds out the top three in a day that saw a number of lead changes through tough gravel stages. It what proved to be an amazing race weekend, Travis Pastrana has taken the Olympus Rally in Aberdeen Washington. After day 1 it looked like teammate Ken Block was the man to beat, however a turbo failure early in day 2 all but ended his chances. The first day of competition is in the book for Rally America’s Olympus Rally. Round 3 traces through the rugged Washington forest and forces all drivers to use their full range of skills.
