Team Penske announced in a press release today that 1999 CART FedEx Series champion, 2000 Indianapolis 500 Mile Race Winner, 2003 Monaco Grand Prix Winner and 2007 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series Rookie of the Year Juan Pablo Montoya is returning to American Open Wheel racing in 2014.
