This past weekend we spoke with Junior World Rally Championship driver Tom Williams and his co-driver Phil Hall. We talked about Tom’s background including how he got a bit of a late start in rallying and his special connection to British rally legend and WRC Champion, Richard Burns. Phil catches us up with what he’s been up to since our last chat back on RallyCast episode 11 and something a little bit special for our followers.
