From Wednesday, January 14th this is our first episode of the new year, so Happy New Year…2 weeks late! This week in rally we discussed the goings on in Dakar, the ultimate off-road endurance rally (which has of course finished now that podcast is up…go figure and congrats to Nasser Al-Attiyah!) and we discuss some of the WRC’s new 2015 liveries (unfortunately VW and Hyundai didn’t release their’s until the day after our show). Red Bull GRC released their 2015 schedule, and it looks good even if I’m not a huge fan of double-headers. And NASA Rally Sport’s round in West Virginia is also an FIA NACAM event, who woulda thought? And finally in Rally Jace and Mike throw out their Rally Monte Carlo podium predictions. In our Unexplainable Mixed Malgamation of Motorsports (i.e. F1 & Sportscars) section we talk about some GT car announcements, the Roar before the 24, and F1’s goal for 1000 HP and of course had to at least mention a bit about the Kurt Busch craziness going on in the news. We finish things off with some Mazda Road to Indy bits. The future is looking very bright for Indy Lights 2015.
