The last 24 hours have been full of confusion and questions in regards to exactly what it is Citroen will be doing in the WRC. Rumors out of the Finnish press are indicating that talks between Kimi Raikkonen and Red Bull/Citroen are failing. They are also quick to point out that the 2007 Formula 1 champion may be on his way to the Monster World Rally Team as we and some others have speculated. Rally – Loeb Rips Through Germany
Sebastian Loeb has opened Rally Germany with a scorching pace that may see him to yet another victory. The French ace is currently being chased by Citroen #2 Dani Sordo who is 9.5 seconds off the lead. Jari Matti-Latvala leads the Ford effort in third place but is 55 seconds off of Loeb after SS6 Mosseland 2. The day started with Loeb winning the first three stages.
