12 Hours of Sebring 101
- ALMS – American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón is the world’s premier sports car racing series.
- WEC – FIA World Endurance Championship: global sports car championship that will be contested across eight countries and on four continents.
- FIA – Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile: non-profit association established to represent the interests of motoring organisations and motor car users. Mostly known as the governing body for many auto racing events.
- ACO – Automobile Club de l’Ouest: responsible as a ruling body for race series, specifically sportscar series. Organizers of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Top 10 Things To Do
1. Pre-Race Fan Grid Walk: This is your chance to get up-close and personal with the stars and cars of the race. The pit lane will to fans prior to the pre-race festivities. The cars, drivers, and crews will be on pit lane, so it’s a great photo opportunity.
2. Driver Autograph Session: All of the drivers competing in the race will be signing autographs for fans Friday at 12 – 1 pm in the ALMS/WEC Competitors Paddock.
3. The Sebring Winners Autograph Session: On Friday at 3:30 pm at the Sebring Hall of Fame Museum in the Gallery of Legends, get the opportunity to meet over 25 past Sebring 12 Hour winners. The cost is $10.
4. Green Park: Take a cruise through Green Park, but take a friend. Think of it like your wildest college spring break, except everyone is an adult now and there are no rules!
5. Race Day Morning Warm-Up: There is just something about watching these cars run laps as the sun comes up at Sebring International Speedway. The warm-up is scheduled from 8 – 8:25 am Saturday.
6. Riding the Tram: With a track the size of Sebring International Speedway, the tram is the be mode of transportation for fans. It’s free and stops at several popular locations throughout the paddock and infield.
7. Car Corrals: Whether you’re a Corvette fan or and Porsche fan, there usually a corral for you. Take a few minutes to walk through these areas to some amazing street cars.
8. Party Zone: A fun Spring Break type area that holds events including: concerts, fitness challenges, and a bikini contest.
9. Merchandise Tent: The tents are located in the infield and paddock areas. Support your favorite team or driver with a t-shirt, flag, or jacket for cool evening racing.
10. Food Vendors: The eclectic group of venders here usually include everything from standard burgers and hot dogs to deep fried gator bits and spectacular pulled pork BBQ.
