With the track being much faster, it seems like a poor decision now that Conquest chose not to send Alex back out. That said, Conquest is in a bad situation now. They have already said their future in the series is dependent on getting good results in the 500 to help finance going forward. Also, their hopes of getting sponsorship dollars is tied to their primary driver, Alex Tagliani. It sucks for Bruno, and I don't agree with Conquest pulling him out of the car, but I can understand why they did it. 6 of the drivers withdrew their times yesterday to improve their position.
